Summary: America is a nice country. Horrifically flawed, yes, but so is everywhere else. But it has people who take their heritage way too far, even beyond the grave.

History: Sam Harper was an alcoholic seeker of murder who enlisted in the military as a Master Sargent as an excuse to swing around his murder-boner. He was shot down along with his helicopter. But when his corpse was given to his family, he formed a psychic bond with his equally militaristic son. This somehow rose him from the dead, and he proceeded to kill anyone who he believed didn't embody the American Dream, donning an Uncle Sam costume while doing so.

Notable Kills: Buries a teen in a shallow grave, hangs another with a flagpole, and blows a Congressman to smithereens with fireworks.

Final Fate: Sam's son eventually sees his father for the monster that he is, and leads him to where the zombie is blown apart by a cannon. Said son then proceeds to burn anything in his room that reminds him of war.

Powers/Abilities: Immunity to bullets.

Weakness: Heavy artillery.

Scariness Factor: 3.5-He may not be in the worst state of decay like other zombies, but Sam is bad for different reasons. He's what every military nut and white supremacist wishes they could be, killing in the name of HIS America and doing it gruesomely.

Trivia: -Uncle Sam, the "we want YOU" guy, was a sort of mascot for America's military power conceived around the War of 1812. Previous American mascots included Columbia, Lady Liberty, and Brother Jonathan.

-Hilariously, no one in the city of La Verne, California had any idea that the climax of the film would involve an explosive cannon. So when it went off, all the neighbors went up in panic at the sound of the explosion. And now you know who to blame for why no more movies are allowed to be shot in that city.
